As I lie in bed, a flame surrounds me
The fire screams as I flicker there in fear
My curtains blaze 'til no ashes remain
The storm shimmers like a labyrinth of gold
My bed splinters and thunders
As the fire sprinkles down
When a man's soul is lost, all the world can see
But where were they when it happened
No one loves a man on his death bed
For none can bare the truth
